The Alliance Française de Perth is a non profit Australian organisation founded in 1911.
 
Run by a locally elected committee, its aim is to foster bonds and a better understanding between France and Western Australia by spreading the knowledge of the French language and culture and by promoting linguistic and cultural exchanges.
 
The Alliance Française de Perth organises French language classes at all levels for adults and children and cultural events such as the yearly Alliance Française French Film Festival, conferences, exhibitions and concerts. It has partnership with the most important cultural institutions in the city: PIAF, WASO, WA Opera, PICA etc.  It also has a media library with books, videos, dvds and cds which can be borrowed free of charge
 
The Alliance Française also organises social evenings which are a great success: Quiz night, Beaujolais Nouveau evening etc.
 
The committee has 14 members. The president is Mr Daniel Rivalland. There are 2 vice presidents, one honorary president and minutes secretary and one director.
