Covid 19 Vaccination


COVID-19 Requirements

Dear Students, Members and Visitors,

With the proof of vaccination mandates coming into effect on Monday, 31 January 2022, Alliance Francaise de Perth will be implementing requirements for entry as detailed by the Western Australian Government. This is applicable for those aged 16 years and older.

The following acceptable forms of proof will be required upon entry to the facility:

NO ID REQUIRED
  • ServiceWA app digital COVID-19 certificate
  • Express Plus Medicare app digital COVID-19 certificate

ID REQUIRED
  • MyGov app digital COVID-19 certificate
  • Smartphone Wallet app digital certificate
  • Printed copy of certificate
  • Printed or digital copy of immunisation history statement

Medical Exemptions:

If students or visitors are unable to receive the vaccine for a medical reason they will be required to show a medical exemption certificate. This exemption will need to be shown as per the examples in the ID required section.
