RECIPE:

Fleurs de courgette farcies en tempura, pommes de terre grenailles sautées et aïoli maison au romarin.
Tempura‑stuffed zucchini flowers, sautéed baby potatoes, and homemade rosemary aioli.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Préparer et manipuler les fleurs de courgette
- Réaliser une pâte à tempura légère et maîtriser la friture
- Techniques de farce et gestion des températures
- Préparation de pommes de terre grenailles sautées
- Préparer un aïoli maison aromatisé au romarin

- Prepare and handle zucchini flowers
- Make a light tempura batter and master deep‑frying
- Stuffing techniques and temperature control
- Prepare sautéed baby potatoes
- Make a homemade rosemary‑infused aioli
