Opening evening and Tour presentation
Saturday 4 July: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
The opening night celebrates the start of the Tour with a focus on Spain, including route highlights, race predictions, live updates, and a
festive Spanish cocktail and catering.
The Tour makes history with its first‑ever departure from Barcelona. After welcome remarks from a Representative of Spain and Alexandre
Allais, Jethro Gammie‑Nagle will unveil the 2026 route and the key general‑classification contenders.
Guests will lock in their predictions for the Yellow, Green, Polka Dot and White jerseys, sealed until Evening 3, while a live duplex with
Tom McCracken will capture the Grand Départ atmosphere from Barcelona.
A Spanish‑themed cocktail reception follows, featuring Spanish catering and red wine, along with a Chapoutier white wine from
Roussillon region.
If timing aligns, the Team Time Trial will be shown live; otherwise, guests can enjoy a curated best‑of from the 2025 Tour during the
cocktail.
Alps and closing evening
Friday 24 July: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
The final evening brings the series to a close with regional tastings, the reveal of the sealed jersey predictions, and a relaxed
discussion about the most memorable moments of the Tour.
After a regional presentation and tasting, the sealed jersey predictions from Evening 1 are finally opened, with a prize awarded to the most accurate forecast. Tom McCracken joins live from the Tour de France, bringing real‑time insight from the race, while Jethro Gammie‑Nagle leads an open discussion on the Tour’s defining moments, inviting guests to share their favourite stages and memories from the series. The evening continues with a live broadcast of the Tour, keeping everyone immersed in the action.
