So what is Mont-Blanc?
A Mont Blanc is a classic French pastry inspired by the snow‑capped mountain of the same name. It features a crisp meringue or tart base topped with a swirl of sweet chestnut cream, often layered with whipped cream, and finished with a glazed chestnut on top — resembling a miniature mountain dusted with powdered sugar “snow.”

It’s prized for its delicate balance of textures: airy meringue, smooth chestnut purée, and light cream.
