Chair Yoga in French


Looking at better supporting your physical and mental health? Have you ever considered CHAIR YOGA?

Alliance Française is launching a new initiative to give you the chance to experience French in new and fun way.  

Join our Chair Yoga French teacher, Guillaume, while he guides you each step of the way, making you feel safe and supported. The pace of the class will be slow to give you time to comfortably feel and experience all the benefits of every single stretch you do while learning a new aspect of the French language.

The class will last 90 minutes. The first 45 minutes will be all about Yoga and Mindfulness while the remaining 45 minutes will be an open discussion in French and English.

For this class you don't need to bring anything, we will provide all necessary material. Tip: wear comfortable clothes.
