Come to the Alliance Française of Perth and learn more about the liberation of Paris! In the night between the 24 and 25 August 1944, the destiny of Paris is in the hands of the General von Choltitz, the German Governor of Paris, who is prepared to blow up the French capital city on the orders of Hitler. This night, all the great monuments of the City of Lights are mined and ready to collapse. Using diplomacy, the Swedish Consul, Nordling, tries everything to convince the General not to execute this terrible order…
