By purchasing a private tuition at the Alliance Française de Perth , you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and condition :
Private tuition can be purchased:
OVER THE PHONE - on 9386 7921 (American Express can not be taken)
IN PERSON – at our front desk in 75 Broadway, Nedlands
The payment is required a minimum of 48 hours before the first lesson or the renewal of each class. No lesson will be held if the payment is not received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
Cancelations and changes:
Failure to notify Alliance Française de Perth of a lesson cancelation prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will result in the full fee being charged for the lesson. All notification must be done by phone on 9386 7921 or by email at reception@afperth.com.au
Cancellations on behalf of minors must be made by their parent/s or guardian/s. All communication regarding changes or cancellation must be made by phone on 9386 7921 or by email at reception@afperth.com.au
For shared private tuition amongst multiple students, no split of credit will be possible once the tuition has been organised and paid for. The Alliance Française will not be held responsible for students’ changes in work commitments or personal circumstances when one student cannot attend the group tuition any more.
Refunds and credit notes:
Private tuition fees are not refundable
Private classes start and finish on the agreed time between tutor and student. If a student arrives late to a private lesson, the tutor may not be able to teach longer than the initial agreed time. If a student is running late, we appreciate a courtesy call.
In special circumstances, when a lesson is missed for medical reasons and supporting documentation is provided, a partial credit note can be organised at the discretion of Alliance Française de Perth and on request. All applications for a credit note or refund must be addressed by email at reception@afperth.com.au or by phone at 9386 7921.
Cancellation by AF Perth:
In the event of Alliance Française de Perth experiencing problems at the time of a scheduled lesson and we are unable to provide our regular services, we will arrange for another lesson at the earliest convenience for both student and teacher. Alternately,we will charge accordingly and organise a credit note for future lessons.
Online tuition :
Distance tuition will normally take place via Skype. Upon request, phone tuition can be organised.
You are responsible for having installed and configured the software (Skype) on your computer.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a working high speed internet connection, headset and microphone for your lesson.
