Cooking Class - 21 January 2022


Join us for a hands-on pastry cooking class where you will bake French biscuits and cakes with your host Gunnela from The Healthy Baker. 

Gunnela is one of our French teachers and a home baker with a proud multi-cultural heritage, who loves to share her knowledge and passion for French cooking. 

In this class, you will learn how to prepare three traditional French biscuits and cake:

  • Palets Bretons (salted butter biscuits from Brittany)
  • Palmiers (puff pastry biscuits in a butterfly shape)
  • Galette des Rois (puff pastry cake with a creamy frangipane filling)
