Cooking Class January 2026

In January, put your aprons on and join our very own pastry enthusiast Gunnela in the kitchen of Alliance Française de Perth to make a very special tart from Lyon!
This time we’ll bake a traditional “Tarte aux Pralines Roses de Lyon”. Pink Praline Tart from Lyon city is a festive dessert with a gorgeous look that will amaze your guests and have them begging for the recipe!
