After four successful classes in 2025, Théo and Manu return with three new cooking courses, inviting you once again to explore the flavors of Southern France.
Lou Pistou welcomes you on a joyful culinary journey where classic French techniques meet the finest local ingredients from Western Australia, all in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
Wednesday 25 February 10AM to 12 PM: Crevettes flambées au pastis, fenouil confit et sauce bisque maison (Flambéed Prawns with Pastis, Confit Fennel & Homemade Bisque Sauce)
In this course, you’ll discover how to gently cook delicate seafood, master the art of flambéing to enhance aromas, prepare slow-cooked confit fennel, and create a rich homemade bisque sauce using prawn shells. A special focus is placed on reducing food waste by transforming kitchen scraps into deeply flavorful sauces.
